YOGA & YOGA BURN

YOGA: This class is for all levels and provides a solid foundation of movement-based yoga. Includes basic poses, fundamentals of alignment, relaxation and breathing. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Yoga will lead toward balancing the mind, body, and spirit for a better life. 

YOGA BURN: This class is a complete body workout for all levels that uses yoga movements and light cardio to boost your metabolism and sculpt and tone your body!
