UPBEAT BARRE WITH LYNETTE

UpBeat Barre combines movements from ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to provide a low-impact, high-energy program that is mind-body focused. UpBeat will work to lengthen muscles, provide strength in everyday movement, and bring confidence, coordination and endorphins after every class! UpBeat Barre utilizes what’s loved about traditional barre while adding a modern twist by adding music to help you work hard while having a blast!
