  • Crash and Burn
  • …and more!

No jumping or complicated steps—just easy-to-follow routines that are perfect for all fitness levels. We’ll help you get comfortable with each dance, build your confidence, and have a blast while burning calories. It’s not just about dancing; it’s about having fun and meeting new people in a welcoming, supportive environment.
