We are happy to offer a personal training option for those looking for more individualized guidance to personal fitness.
Personal trainers provide one-on-one fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs. Trainers evaluate their clients’ physical fitness and keep track of their progress. Trainers develop programs and choose exercises that provide optimum results.
They act as motivators who push clients to their physical limits. If a client has suffered an athletic injury, the trainer may create a special rehabilitation program.
Shawnna Williamson
A personal trainer since 2002, Shawnna is certified in PiYo, PiBo, Zumba and more. She has taught step aerobics, circuit training, weight training and spinning. In addition, Shawnna is CPR/AED certified.
Connie Townes
Connie received her certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2020. She specializes in flexibility training, balance training and weight training. Connie is AED/CPR certified.
