PIYO/CARIO BARRE WITH SHANNON
PIYO: A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power and rhythm.
PIYO CARDIO BARRE: This class pairs low weight-high rep isometric moves to burn out muscle followed by mostly low impact cardio to increase the heart rate with some core work.
