YMCA Summer Camp
A great 12-week summer program for 1st thru 6th graders that meets the needs of working parents needing summer child care. Your child will enjoy our experienced staff and activities. Summer Camp activities include indoor and outdoor swimming, trips to various water parks, library reading program, picnics at the parks, roller skating, hiking, miniature golf, games, crafts, and more! Enrollment is limited and parents are encouraged to register kids early to ensure their child(ren)’s spot is reserved.
Starts: June 1 thru August 13 (dates based on school calendar and are subject to change)
Time: Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:30pm
Drop off: 7:00am–9:00am; pick up 4:00pm–5:30pm
2021 Participation Fees:
2021 Option 1: Full Pay (You save $100) Members: $900; Non-members: $1,000 (Prepay for the whole summer by June 1 for discount)
2021 Option 2: Payment Installments
Payment Dates: June 1, June 18, July 2, and July 16
Members: 4 Payments of $250.00 for a total of $1,000; Non-members: 4 payments of $275.00 for a total of $1,100
2021 Discount: *$50 one time discount for each additional child**
Membership and program assistance is available for those who apply and qualify.

Y KIDS & Company Preschool
The Y Kids & Company Preschool has again partnered with the Fort Madison Community School District to offer FREE 4-year old preschool. We are now accepting enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. Class takes place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Morning class is from 8:30-11:00am, and the afternoon class is from 12:30-3:00pm. The goal of this program is to meet the developmental needs of each child. Our philosophy is the “whole child” where we develop social, cognitive, fine motor, expressive and receptive language skills. For more information, contact Emily Hymes at 372-2403 ext. 4.

YMCA Babysitting Service
The Fort Madison Family YMCA is pleased to offer quality babysitting services for children 6 months-10 years of age. This service is available to YMCA members only.
Rates: $30 punch card (20 punches) – amounts to $1.50 per child per time
When: Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-6:15pm *Child needs dropped off before 6:15 if attending an aerobics class, Saturday 8:00-10:00am
