Synchronized Swimming Class & Performance

This class introduces youth to the sport and art of synchronized swimming through techniques, drills, and partner or group work. Ages 10-15, female and male.

We are happy to offer a personal training option for those looking for more individualized guidance to personal fitness.

Personal trainers provide one-on-one fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs. Trainers evaluate their clients’ physical fitness and keep track of their progress. Trainers develop programs and choose exercises that provide optimum results.

They act as motivators who push clients to their physical limits. If a client has suffered an athletic injury, the trainer may create a special rehabilitation program.

Shawnna Williamson

A personal trainer since 2002, Shawnna is certified in PiYo, Zumba and Les Mills Body Pump. She has taught step aerobics, circuit training, weight training and spinning. In addition, Shawnna is CPR/AED certified.

Dana Zumdome

A personal trainer since 2018, Dana is also a certified group fitness instructor and has completed her Advanced Personal Training certification through Fitour. She currently teaches our Tone-It class, and is CPR/AED certified.
