CIRCUIT TRAINING WITH SHAWNNA

This is an aerobics class that includes multiple stations/exercises in a 60 second rotation. The class concentrates on high repetitions and low weight. There is pulse monitoring that takes place halfway through the workout, as well as at the end of class.
