BOOTCAMP WITH JEFF
Join others in this life-changing workout that is designed to provide weight loss, muscle endurance and overall health enrichment while developing a feeling of confidence that comes from your own hard work. It is designed to provide a balanced mixture of aerobic, circuit training, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates and plyometric exercises that will help your body get the most out of each workout.
