The Fort Madison Family YMCA will host four themed Summer Tap/Ballet Combo Camps for children ages 2 to 8. Each camp will be one week long with class lasting 2 hours per day and 45 minutes per day for our 2 year old Creative Movement class. Camps are limited to 10 dancers per camp. Online (registration button below) and in-person registration is available on a first come, first served basis.
Camps will be held at the main YMCA facility in the upstairs aerobics room and are instructed by Fort Madison Family YMCA Dance Instructor, Margaret Tillotson.
Preferred dress code (not required): leotard, tights, ballet shoes, and tap shoes. Clothing and shoes will be provided if student does not own proper attire or shoes. Please make sure your child is present on the Shoe & Uniform Try-on Date for the camp they are attending. Hair should be pulled back away from face and please avoid clothing that may distract your dancer.
