The Fort Madison Family YMCA is now offering Holiday Punch Cards at discounted rates! A perfect gift for everyone your list, Holiday Punch Card recipients receive 10 Punches to be used at the The Fort Madison Family YMCA.
With unlimited purchases you can choose from Adult, Youth or Senior, and Family Punch Cards. Punch Cards do not expire and can be used at the recipient’s leisure. Once punch cards are completely used, they can be redeemed for a $0 Join Fee on any New Membership!
Holiday Punch Cards:
Youth or Senior Punch Card $40 (save $10)
Adult Punch Card $80 (save $20)
Family Punch Card $120 (save $40)
Punch Cards must be purchased at the Fort Madison Family YMCA during regular office hours (hours listed below) or remote purchases may be made by calling 319-372-2403. All punch cards purchased via the phone will be held at the Fort Madison Family YMCA for the recipient to pick up or you can request a friend to pick them up. Holiday Punch Cards are available for purchase now through December 31st, 2023. Punch cards must be authorized by Fort Madison Family YMCA Staff Members at the time of purchase.
