Women on Weights: A 6-Week Weight Training Class with Personal Fitness Trainer Connie Townes

Are you ready to transform your strength, build confidence, and learn the essentials of weight training in a supportive, women-only environment? Join Connie Townes, YMCA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, for a 6-week journey designed to empower women through the power of lifting.

Pre-Class Assessment:
A 15 to 20-minute Pre-Class Assessment will be scheduled before the first class, following registration.

What You’ll Get:

  • Expert Guidance: Connie will lead you through safe, effective weight training techniques, helping you gain strength and improve muscle tone with confidence.

Cost: $100 per person
