Aquacise (Pool)

Aquacise is a co-ed water program. The program is designed to meet your individual level of difficulty. No swimming ability necessary. Focuses on improving muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.

Twinges N Hinges (Pool)

This water exercise program is designed to help relieve joint pain and stiffness and is certified under the Des Moines chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA of the USA. The program includes range of motion, strengthening and flexibility exercises led by a certified water instructor. No swimming ability necessary.

Aqua Fitness
(Pool)

This program is designed to meet your individual level of difficulty. No swimming ability necessary. Not only does Aqua Fitness help improved joint function and flexibility, but it also improves muscle tone, circulation, range of motion and relieves joint pain.

Bootcamp

Join others in this life-changing workout that is designed to provide weight loss, muscle endurance and overall health enrichment while developing a feeling of confidence that comes from your own hard work. It is designed to provide a balanced mixture of aerobic, circuit training, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates and plyometric exercises that will help your body get the most out of each workout.

Circuit Training

This is an aerobics class that includes multiple stations in a 60 second rotation. The class concentrates on high repetitions and low weight. There is pulse monitoring that takes place halfway through the workout, as well as at the end of class.

Power Training

This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body through resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movement, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning by challenging all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

PiBo®

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. A BOSU ball is a fitness training device used for balancing techniques and coordination. Put the two together, and you’ve got one amazing workout!rhythm.

PiYo®

A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power and rhythm.

Triple T

This class is focused around the idea of Train. Tighten. Tone. Resistance equipment and cardio training techniques will be used to improve endurance and build strength.

High Fitness

HIGH Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice! The revival of this fitness trend has quickly become the hottest new workout across Canada and the US. Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun!

Tone-It

This class is quick 30 minute, upbeat full body workout for all ages. Boosting metabolism and toning your muscles. You will go at your own speed with different workouts using your own body weight and hand weights. See results while having fun working out.

Yoga

This class is for all levels and provides a solid foundation of movement-based yoga. Includes basic poses, fundamentals of alignment, relaxation and breathing. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Yoga will lead toward balancing the mind, body, and spirit for a better life.

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and the ability to complete activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are all used during the class, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.

Body Burn

This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body through resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movement, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning by challenging all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Yoga Burn

This class is a complete body workout for all levels that uses yoga movements and light cardio to boost your metabolism and sculpt and tone your body!

Yoga + Barre

Stretch and warm up with yoga then with Barre. The pairing of these two classes will help loosen up your muscles before working on endurance, lengthening, and strengthening giving you maximum burn with low impact all while keeping your energy up.

UpBeat Barre

This class combines movements from ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to provide a low-impact, high-energy program that is mind-body focused. UpBeat will work to lengthen muscles, provide strength in everyday movement, and bring confidence, coordination and endorphins after every class! UpBeat Barre utilizes what’s loved about traditional barre while adding a modern twist by adding music to help you work hard while having a blast! 

UpBeat Barre: The Mat

A floor version of our UpBeat Barre class delivering a full body tone that is sure to leave your core and your booty on fire!
